How I work

Product management: along with the business leaders, craft the product vision and direction that aligns with the needs of the customer and business. Building the product portfolio and roadmap based on the business priorities, streamlining the development process with the team and ensuring a successful market release.

Development process management: working alongside the head of development to design the ideal team structure and development process (usually follows an agile/scrum framework). This involves understanding the development team's needs and overall velocity to craft a team structure and development approach that fosters a collaborative working culture.

Team management and leadership: working closely with product owners, UX designers and QA engineers to understand their role in the contribution towards delivering exceptional user experiences and high-quality products. This involves fostering collaboration, ensuring alignment with the product vision and roadmap, and harmonizing efforts towards delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.
